The project team is uniquely
qualified because it combines expertise and a stellar research
and development track record on: freight transportation modeling and
economics; behavioral impacts of pricing; Advanced Travel Information
Systems; traffic simulation; policy and institutional analyses. The
project team has a long history of successful collaboration with the
agencies in the NYC metropolitan area. Because of this, the project
team has gathered an impressive amount of private and public sector
support without parallel in projects of this nature. An impressive
array of private and public sector
stakeholders have agreed to participate in this project: New Jersey
Motor Truck Association, New York State Restaurant Association, Port
